Welcome to pick more daisies

Recently opened, Wimborne’s wonderful whole food restaurant provides stupendous cuisine in a charming, relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

All our dishes are prepared using the best locally grown, laid and reared produce in order that they taste fabulously fresh and positively pukkah!

Our salad and herbs will be grown in Linda’s garden at Bluebell Cottage (she’s working on it!). Bread, milk and free-range chicken are bought daily at Honeybrook Farm, our delectable eggs come from Honeysuckle Farm, fish comes from John Bell in Wimborne, Olives & other antipasto delights from Olives et Al in Sturminster Newton, and French Patisserie from Sally at La Belle Brioche in Ferndown including a number of gluten free yummies!

And to tempt your taste buds here is a smattering of what’s on offer:-

Out of this world HOMEMADE SOUPS made from absolutely fresh ingredients (no flour added) served with crunchy croutons and chunky bread or toast. A meal in itself!

Jules’ Luxurious FISH PIE – Made with Cod, Haddock, organic Salmon and juicy king prawns, cooked in delectable white wine, cream and parsley sauce and topped with crunchy topping. A must have!

CAKES to die for, for example Apple Dorset, Tangy Lemon, Chocolate Torte, the Ultimate Carrot cake, to name but a few!

A healthy SALAD BAR with varied and (sometimes) unusual choices of finest ingredients including: roasted beetroot, quinoa, tabouleh, buckwheat, adamame (soya) beans, rocket, feta, olives, artichokes, seeds, nuts, sprouting beans and all sorts of goodies that you might never try at home! Accompanied by proper homemade French Dressing and Jules’ famous dill mayonnaise (otherwise knows as effing dressing, but that’s another story!)

DRINKS

Freshly squeezed juices, excellent coffee, huge range of teas, Luscombe organic drinks. Wine and beer.

BREAKFAST
Try our fabulous all-day Australian Big Brekkie Bap, or our Yummy Yellow Yolked free range scrambled eggs on toast.

LUNCH
Great choices both from the menu and the blackboard, including dishes of the day (vegetarian, fish and free range chicken), gourmet sandwiches, wraps, soups, salads and homemade cakes.

TEA
Teas, coffees, cakes. (TAKEAWAY also available)

TAPAS
On Friday evenings. Come and have a fantastic night with fabulous food, wine, music and a taste of Spain. We guarantee a great eating experience and a lot of fun! Ole!

Monday to Friday 9am – 4pm

Saturday 9am – 5pm

Friday evenings between 7pm and 10.30pm (please call for availability)
