Cooking Courses at pick more daisies
Join a cookery course aimed at anyone who’d like to observe, participate and learn from Jules Stringer who’s been extolling the virtues of healthy whole food for many years.
Participants are invited to a class each week, when Jules demonstrates how to prepare and present each dish. So not only do you get to learn how to whip up the dishes, you get fed and watered too.
Get to grips with preparing soups, starters and appetizing dishes; cooking delicious desserts, quiches, curries and even dispelling the myth of lumpy sauces and curdling hollandaise! Learn some valuable tricks of the trade, and how to lower your blood pressure when it comes to entertaining more than four people.
Courses are held at the restaurant on Tuesday evenings from 6:30pm to 8:00pm and run for six weeks. And to top it all, the recipes are made available to participants in a laminated binder, which you get to take home.
